He is a passionate and accomplished professional and author who has been leading large scale business development and transformation projects.
Ron is a Founder of CANAM Water and Beverages company and CANAM Foundation, and also partners in CANAM Resorts.

Elza Efendi is a Senior Management Consultant with over 25 years of overall business management experience.
As a Consultant Elza has delivered multi-million-dollar programs and projects across major service industries such as Banking and Financial Services, Telecom, Consumer Products and Goods, Transportation and Logistics, Marketing and Branding, Government and Non-Profit, and Real Estate.
She is an active member of Project Management Institute (PMI), Founder and Managing Officer of the Project Management Association of Canada (PMAC) and Brand Management Association (BMA) groups on LinkedIn.
Elza serves on the Board of CANAM Water and Beverages company and CANAM Foundation, and also partners in CANAM Resorts.

Michael J. Brooks – CLO, Attorney-at-Law
Michael Brooks is a senior attorney-at-law with over 45 years of overall public and private legal experiences.
As general legal practitioner with diverse professional legal background, Michael is Township Attorney of Tecumseh and court appointed attorney in Lenawee County of Michigan for over 25 years. As an avid sports and nature enthusiast, Michael has been an attorney for the city of Manistique, Upper Peninsula, Michigan for over 20 years.
As an expert in Family Laws, Michael has been advising families on divorce cases. He also served as legal counselor and member of the board of the directors for Onsted State Bank, Michigan. Michael for over decades has been advising small businesses and corporations on state and federal laws, rules, policies, and regulations.
Michael Brooks is the Chief Legal Officer for the CANAM Group.
